Warehouse & Distribution Flooring Systems
Forklift traffic, pallet jacks, and aisle after aisle of concrete — floors engineered for abrasion resistance and installed in phases so operations keep moving.
What large-scale traffic does to a slab.
Continuous forklift and pallet-jack traffic wears unprotected concrete into dusting, aggregate-exposed aisles within a few years. High-traffic lanes show wear patterns long before the rest of the slab. Faded or missing lane striping and safety markings become a real hazard as volume grows. Joints and cracks that go unrepaired turn into catch points for wheels and forks. And because these are large, open floor plates, any system has to be installed efficiently, in sections, without shutting the whole building down.
Durable, efficient, and rated for the load.
- Polished Concrete — durable, low-maintenance for large open floor plates
- High-Build Epoxy Systems — traffic-rated coating for aisles & staging areas
- Protective Coatings — wear layers for high-traffic zones
- Concrete Repairs — joint & crack repair ahead of coating
- Concrete Underlayments — self-leveling substrate where slabs are out of flat
Prepped right, across the whole floor plate.
Large open floors get the same rigor as a single bay — tested, corrected, and profiled before any system goes down.
- Shot blasting & diamond grinding across large floor plates
- Joint and crack repair before coating
- Moisture testing ahead of every installation
- Self-leveling underlayment for out-of-flat slabs
Racking and picking keep moving while we work.
- Phased installation — work by bay or aisle so operations continue elsewhere
- Forklift & pallet-jack traffic — systems specified for real wheel loads
- Traffic-lane visibility — striping and demarcation built into the system
- Dust control during grinding and prep
- Return-to-service timing planned around shipping schedules
Real installs, real conditions.
