Clean Room Flooring
Seamless, nonporous resin systems for controlled environments — engineered to ISO classifications, GMP protocols, and FDA-regulated production standards.
Request a Free EstimateWhat is a clean room flooring system?
Clean room flooring is a seamless resinous system engineered for contamination control: a nonporous epoxy or urethane surface with no seams, grout lines, or joints to harbor dust or microbes, terminated in integral cove base so the floor washes down as one continuous surface. Formulations resist the aggressive sanitizers and repeated cleaning cycles that controlled environments demand, and low-particulating, low-VOC systems keep the installation itself compatible with adjacent operations. Where static control is also specified, the build pairs with our ESD systems.

Engineered for contamination control.
- Seamless & nonporous — nothing to trap microbes
- Supports ISO class, GMP & FDA compliance programs
- Withstands aggressive sanitizers & repeated washdown
- Integral cove base — floor and wall wash as one surface
- Low-VOC, low-particulating installation
- Optional static-dissipative formulations
Where cleanliness is the spec.
Installed to protocol.
Diamond grinding to spec CSP with full dust extraction; moisture verified before install.
Integral cove base, drains, and terminations formed for washdown-tight transitions.
Low-VOC primer seals porosity and anchors the system.
Nonporous epoxy or urethane applied at spec thickness for a monolithic surface.
Chemical-resistant finish selected for the facility’s sanitation chemistry.
Built around your protocols.
