Epoxy Flooring in King of Prussia, PA
King of Prussia is a commercial town first. Between the mall, the Village at Valley Forge, the office parks along First Avenue, and the distribution and flex space off Church Road and Renaissance Boulevard, KoP has more square footage of hard-working floor than any other town we serve outside Philadelphia. That is exactly the work our commercial crew is built for.
Retail tenants need a floor installed between close and open. Restaurants need a kitchen that passes inspection and survives a fryer line. Warehouses need something that takes a forklift for twenty years. Office fit-outs need a slab flat enough for the finish going over it. We do all four — on nights, on weekends, and on schedule.
Commercial & industrial systems for KoP
Retail, showroom & office
Polished concrete and decorative broadcast systems that look intentional under retail lighting and clean with a mop. We phase the work overnight so the space opens on time — standard practice for us in mall-adjacent and Village at Valley Forge tenant spaces.
Restaurant & food service
Urethane cement is the right answer behind a fryer line: thermal-shock proof, seamless, USDA-friendly, and installable overnight so you never lose a service. Integral cove base means no dirt-trapping corners at the wall.
Warehouse & distribution
High-build epoxy, joint filling, and shot-blast prep for the flex and distribution buildings off Renaissance Boulevard. Built for forklift traffic, pallet drag, and battery acid — with line striping laid out to your rack plan.
Self-leveling for KoP office and high-rise fit-outs
The single most common call we get in King of Prussia is a fit-out where the existing slab is out of tolerance and the flooring installer will not warranty over it. Cementitious self-leveling underlayment solves that: we prep, prime, and pour a dead-flat surface to the required FF number, ready for LVT, tile, carpet tile, or a finish coat. It is one of our biggest industrial specialties and we mobilize fast for GCs on a schedule.
Residential work in KoP
Homeowners in the neighborhoods around Valley Forge and Gulph Mills get the same crews. Decorative flake and metallic garage floors, basement systems with proper moisture testing, and a lifetime residential warranty — same standard, smaller footprint.
King of Prussia FAQs
Can you work overnight so we do not close?
Yes, and it is how most of our KoP commercial work runs. Fast-cure polyaspartic and urethane cement systems let us start after close and hand back a walkable floor before you open. We schedule around your operating hours, not the other way around.
Our GC says the slab is not flat enough for the flooring spec. Can you fix it?
That is a self-leveling underlayment job and we do them constantly. We will measure the existing slab, tell you what it will take to hit your specified FF/FL numbers, and pour to that spec so the flooring installer will warranty their product.
Do you handle warehouse joint repair and striping too?
Yes — semi-rigid joint filler, spall repair at joint edges, and full line-striping layouts. It is usually cheaper to fix joints during a coating install than to keep repairing forklift damage around failing joints later.
