Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is a rapid-cure resin chemistry built for schedules other systems can’t meet. Each coat chemically fuses to the last and cures in roughly an hour, so a complete build — primer, broadcast, body coat, topcoat — can go down and return to service the same day. MMA also cures in cold that stops epoxy and urethane entirely, installing at slab temperatures as low as −20°F, which makes it the default answer for coolers, freezers, and winter exterior work. The finished floor is seamless, UV-stable, and chemically resistant, with broadcast texture options matching our quartz and flake systems.

Speed is the system.
- ~1 hour cure per coat — full install in a single day
- Installs at slab temperatures down to −20°F
- Chemically fuses between coats — no delamination plane
- UV-stable — color holds indoors and out
- Seamless, chemical-resistant wearing surface
- Ideal when downtime is measured in hours
