System Overview

What is a solid color epoxy system?

Solid color epoxy is the most direct expression of a resinous floor: mechanically prepared concrete, a pigmented 100%-solids epoxy body coat, and a protective topcoat selected for the exposure — urethane for UV and scratch resistance, polyaspartic for speed. The result is a seamless, non-porous surface with no grout lines or joints to trap dirt, available in a full range of standard pigments and gloss levels. Anti-slip texture can be broadcast into the topcoat where traction matters, and the same build serves garages, showrooms, and light-industrial space alike.

Our Process

Prepped, coated, sealed.

1Preparation

Diamond grinding to CSP 2–3 opens the slab; edges detailed by hand for uniform prep.

2Repairs

Cracks, spalls, and joints filled and profiled so defects don’t telegraph through.

3Prime

Penetrating primer locks into the open pores and anchors the system.

4Body Coat

Pigmented 100%-solids epoxy applied at spec thickness for a uniform, seamless field.

5Topcoat

Urethane or polyaspartic finish — the sheen, texture, and UV stability you specify.

Simple to choose. Built to last.

Pick the color, pick the sheen — we’ll handle the prep, the build, and a floor that still looks specified years in.
