Concrete Surface Preparation

Surface preparation is the single most important step in any resinous flooring, polishing, or overlayment project. Using planetary diamond grinders, shot blasters, and scarifiers, we mechanically remove existing coatings, adhesives, laitance, and contamination while opening the concrete's pores to achieve the specified Concrete Surface Profile (CSP). Correct preparation is the difference between a floor that lasts decades and one that fails at the bond line — which is why we self-perform every step of prep on every project and verify the profile before a drop of material goes down.
