ESD Flooring Systems
Electrostatic-dissipative resin floors engineered to ANSI/ESD S20.20 — permanent static control for electronics, pharma, and static-critical operations.
Request a Free EstimateWhat is an ESD flooring system?
ESD flooring builds engineered conductivity into a seamless resin system: a conductive primer and grounding network beneath a static-dissipative epoxy or urethane wearing surface. Instead of letting charge accumulate on people and equipment, the floor drains it safely to ground — continuously, without mats, sprays, or maintenance-dependent fixes. Systems are specified and verified to standards including ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ASTM F150, with resistance readings documented at installation. The wearing surface itself performs like our high-build epoxy systems — chemical-resistant, cleanable, and seamless.

Static control that can’t be unplugged.
- Permanent conductivity — built into the floor, not applied to it
- Verified to ANSI/ESD S20.20 & ASTM F150 requirements
- Resistance readings documented at turnover
- Seamless & cleanable for controlled environments
- Chemical & abrasion resistance of industrial epoxy
- Grounding points engineered into the installation
Where a spark is a failure.
Grounded from the slab up.
Diamond grinding to spec CSP; moisture testing — conductivity depends on a sound substrate.
Copper grounding strips and connection points installed per the system layout.
Conductive primer creates the continuous electrical pathway across the slab.
Static-dissipative epoxy or urethane applied at spec thickness.
Surface resistance tested point-by-point and documented against the standard.
Spec’d, installed & verified.
