Seamless Flooring for Food & Beverage Facilities
Washdowns, thermal cycling, and constant sanitation — seamless systems engineered for the exposure a processing floor sees every shift.
What a processing floor puts a coating through.
Daily washdowns and sanitation chemicals break down coatings that weren't built for constant moisture and cleaning agents. Hot-water and steam cycles create thermal shock that ordinary epoxy can't handle, leading to delamination at the worst possible time. Oils and fats make standard finishes dangerously slippery. Unsealed joints and wall-to-floor transitions trap moisture and bacteria — exactly what a sanitation-driven environment can't tolerate. And any downtime for flooring work has to be short, because a processing line can't stay down long.
Built for washdown, chemistry, and thermal cycling.
- Urethane Cement Systems — thermal shock, heavy washdown & chemical exposure
- Cove Base Systems — seamless wall-to-floor transitions for sanitation
- Heavy-Duty Quartz Broadcast — slip-resistant traffic surface
- Protective Coatings — chemical & moisture resistance
- Concrete Underlayments — self-leveling substrate ahead of a new system
A clean, sealed slab is the sanitation baseline.
Every system starts with prep — failed coatings removed, the slab profiled, and joints and drains integrated cleanly before anything new goes down.
- Removal of failed coatings & profiling before a new system goes down
- Crack and joint repair, including drain & trench integration
- Moisture testing ahead of every installation
- Self-leveling underlayment for out-of-flat slabs
Built to handle the exposure, shift after shift.
- Rapid return-to-service — systems specified to get a line back up fast
- Washdown & sanitation exposure — seamless, non-porous surfaces with integrated cove base
- Thermal cycling — hot water, steam & temperature swings
- Slip resistance in wet, oily areas
- Phased work around production schedules
Real installs, real conditions.
