Seamless Transitions. Hygienic Protection.
Cove molding creates a clean, curved transition from floor to wall — essential in environments where sanitation, durability, and code compliance matter most. We install resin-integrated cove bases that are fully bonded, seamless, and built to last.
What is a Cove Moulding System?
Resinous cove molding is a curved vertical extension of the floor system, typically 4 to 6 inches up the wall, formed from the same materials as the floor. It eliminates sharp corners where dirt and bacteria collect and meets USDA, FDA, and health department standards for cleanable, hygienic surfaces.
We offer both preformed (Easycove-style) and hand-troweled cove options depending on the environment, finish type, and budget.
Why chose a Cove Moulding System?
Creates seamless floor-to-wall transitions
Meets USDA/FDA and health code standards
Eliminates dirt and bacteria traps
Durable and impact-resistant
Easy to clean and maintain
Matches floor system exactly — no material mismatch
Best Applications
Metallic systems work well in settings that call for impact and durability:
Industrial
Commercial kitchens
Food and beverage plants
Pharmaceutical production
Cannabis cultivation
Bathrooms and locker rooms
Veterinary clinics
Clean rooms and wash-down zones
Our Process (How We Install Cove Systems)
We grind and clean the wall perimeter, then install either a preformed cove base (like Easycove) or build a hand-troweled cove using resin and aggregate. Inside and outside corners are pre-molded or hand-shaped for a consistent, seamless finish. The cove is topcoated with the same protective system used on the floor for full chemical resistance and durability.

Code-Compliant. Clean. Built In.
Whether your facility is food-safe, pharmaceutical, or just needs a sanitary upgrade, cove base installation is the finishing detail that protects your investment and keeps your floors compliant.
